1. Privacy notice
We need your personal data (name, surname – if provided – and email address) in order to answer your inquiries. Any personal data provided by you to this website whether processed automatically or manually, shall always be handled by Bromatech in such a way as to guarantee its protection and confidentiality at all times. Such personal data may also be used for sales and advertising purposes as well as, in anonymous form, for statistical purposes. You may at any time request the deletion of your personal data from Bromatech’s archives. To do so, just follow the deletion procedure described below. Bromatech srl undertakes not to disclose or disseminate your personal data outside the Company.

2. Personal data deletion procedure
You may request the deletion of your personal data by Bromatech at any time. To do so, please send an email to: info@bromatech.it and write: "Data deletion” or “Cancellazione dati" in the subject line.

3. Rights of the user
We would like to inform you that you may exercise your rights pursuant to article 7, Section II of the Italian Legislative Decree of 30th June 2003 nr. 196 as summarised below:
1. You are entitled to receive confirmation of the existence, or not, of any personal data concerning yourself, whether or not they have already been filed and to have such data communicated to you in an understandable form.
2. You are entitled to be informed about:
a) the origin of your personal data;
b) the reasons for using it and the way it is processed;
c) if the data are processed electronically, the logic applied to such processing;
d) the identity of the data owner, data managers, and data processing representative pursuant to article 5, paragraph 2;
e) the entities, or categories of entities, to whom, or to which, the personal data may be communicated, or be made aware of your data by virtue of their role as designated representatives in Italy, managers, or other persons in charge of processing such data.
3. You are entitled to obtain from the data owner:
a) updates, rectification or, where necessary, integration of your personal data;
b) deletion, anonymization or blocking of data that has been processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which it has been collected or subsequently processed;

4. Personal data protection
Bromatech Srl unconditionally protects the security of personal information. Various data protection technologies and procedures are used to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, use, or disclosure. For example, personal data are stored in computer systems with restricted access in controlled facilities. When highly confidential data (such as credit card numbers) are transmitted via the Internet they are encrypted using, for example, Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol.

5. Navigation data
The IT systems and dedicated application software used in this website during normal operation detect information which is automatically transmitted via internet communication protocols. Such information is not associated with directly identifiable users. Among these are: the IP addresses and domain names of the computers used to connect to the website, the Uniform Resource Identifier (URI), records of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response to such request, the numeric code of the reply status sent by the server (success, error, etc.) and other parameters concerning the operating system and IT environment used by the users. This data is processed for the time that is strictly necessary and solely for the purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the website and to ensure its smooth operation.
